New Ball Homes now meet Energy Star qualifications, providing peace of mind and energy savings. The Energy Star designation signifies that a home meets strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  According to the E.P.A., owners of Energy Star qualified home save an estimated $200 to $400 in annual energy costs, and enjoy more consistent temperatures between and across rooms and enhanced resale value on their new homes. Each home is individually inspected and tested by a Certified Home Energy Rater for such features as tightness of construction and ducts, high efficiency heating and cooling equipment, effective insulation, and advanced windows.

The reduced energy use of an Energy Star home yields environmental benefits for everyone, including reduced air pollution generated by the production of energy at power plants.

Relocating to Louisville?

Moving to another city can be very stressful, especially when it involves kids and pets. You want to make sure all your ducks are in a row and everyone gets to their new location safe and sound. Here are some helpful ways to make things a little bit smoother.

If you go to the United State Postal Service online you can change your address online instead of driving to the local post office.

You can find better deals if you’re flying on Louisville International Airport website. I would also check out Transportation Security Administration for the check-in process.

If flying isn’t for you then check out Google Maps.

A great site for moving tips is The Moving Coach. It helps prepare with a packing guide and first night survival kit.
